Keynote
As Director of JLL’s Investor Research team, Sean focuses on all aspects of the capital markets nationally, including recent investment, financing and asset management dynamics across all asset sectors. He works across all of JLL’s capital markets business lines, including investment sales, real estate investment banking and structured capital. He will serve as the keynote speaker and will provide his perspective on the Seattle market, and national and global trends.

Andrew R. Harper

With 19 years of experience in the real estate, Andy has responsibilities that include the acquisitions of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. He is also a member of the Americas Investment Committee. |
Rob Hielscher is a Managing Director in JLL’s Capital Markets group with primary responsibility as the transaction lead for investment sale assignments in Northern California. In addition, Rob is the Western U.S. lead for JLL’s International Capital Group (ICG), a team of twelve senior Capital Markets professionals located around the world who support the sale, purchase and financing of assets with global investor appeal. In this role, Rob connects his clients and fellow Capital Markets team members to global capital sources, helping to drive a key point of differentiation for the overall JLL team.

George began his career in real estate in 1990 and joined GRE in 1999. His experience spans roles in finance, accounting (as a CPA), operations, property management, asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions.
As CEO & President of Goodman Real Estate, George is a high energy, results-driven leader focused on taking calculated risks promptly. With nearly 40 years of substantial real estate experience and leadership, Mr. Wise has overall responsibility for the formulation and successful implementation of North American real estate investment strategies for Metzler's institutional and private clients.
Prior to joining Metzler in 2003, Don directed asset management for Unico Properties and, earlier, that company's property management and leasing group. Mr. Wise also led various real estate assignments in principal markets across the US on behalf of JLL. He began his career with The Austin Company, where he helped design and build a number of industrial, laboratory and office facilities. |
